Andermatt Music and its artistic director Lena-Lisa Wüstendörfer are also focusing on Swiss classical and romantic composers, well-known performers from the classical music scene and innovative Swiss folk music in the new season, according to a press release issued on Tuesday. Among others, the pianists Fazil Say and Teo Gheorghiu and the mezzo-soprano Marie-Claude Chappuis have been announced.

Andermatt Music is also staging two mini-festivals next season, including the "3rd Goethe Days" (August 24 and 25) and "The Bash" in collaboration with Sasso San Gottardo. On October 25 and 26, the Swiss Orchestra will take to the stage with pop musician Stephan Eicher, the folk band Kruger Brothers and writer Martin Suter. An "eccentric and exciting sum of different worlds" is announced.

The Andermatt Music venue is the Andermatt Concert Hall. It was opened in 2019 and is part of the vacation resort.
