The identity of the dead woman recovered from Lake Zug in Hünenberg ZG in July has been clarified. She is a 65-year-old woman from Zug.

The woman was discovered on the shore of Lake Zug on July 20, as the Zug law enforcement authorities announced on Friday. The authorities assumed at the time that she had died between July 6 and 20. The cause of death was unclear, but an external cause could be ruled out, the authorities said at the time.
