Bossard has signed an agreement to take over the company in order to significantly expand its presence in the aviation industry and in France, according to a press release issued on Wednesday. The acquisition is to be financed with existing credit facilities and the transaction is expected to be completed within the current year.

In combination with Boysen (now Bossard Aerospace Germany), which was acquired in 2019, Bossard would become a leading provider of fasteners and logistics services in the European aerospace industry. Aero Negoce International also has locations in the USA and Malaysia.

With the support of the Bossard Group, the French family business could continue to grow while "maintaining its service-oriented ethos", say Patrick and Nathalie Bianchini, who are the second generation to run the company, according to the press release.
