Accident at work Construction site worker in Vitznau seriously injured by electric shock

A 24-year-old construction site worker suffered life-threatening injuries from an electric shock in Vitznau on Monday morning. He was flown to hospital by air ambulance.

The accident occurred while working on an electrical distribution box, as the Lucerne police reported on Monday. The exact circumstances are still unclear. The public prosecutor's office in Emmen has opened an investigation.
