As reported by the Zurich cantonal police on Friday, an unknown person robbed a store in Hausen am Albis on August 29. He threatened the employee with a weapon and took cash. He then fled in a car waiting nearby.
According to the police, the alleged accomplice who helped the robber to escape was arrested just one day later. She is a 27-year-old Lebanese woman who lives in the canton of Zurich, according to the statement.
After "intensive investigations", the suspected perpetrator, a 20-year-old Somali man, was also arrested on Thursday afternoon in the canton of Aargau, the police added.
