Two drivers collided with each other in Neuenkirch LU on Wednesday evening. One person was slightly injured, the other seriously. Both were taken to hospital.

The collision occurred when one of the drivers wanted to turn off towards Sempach Station in the Mettenwil area, Lucerne police reported on Thursday. He collided with an oncoming vehicle. The turning car tipped onto its side as a result of the impact. The property damage is estimated at 50,000 Swiss francs.
