Award Kehrsatzer Chäsitzerpreis 2024 goes to Helene Messerli
The Kehrsatz municipal council has awarded Helene Messerli the Chäsitzer Prize. The award, which has been presented since 1999, is given to people or institutions who have made an active contribution to the cultural, social or community life of the municipality or who have rendered outstanding services in these areas through their personal commitment.

The 82-year-old Messerli from Kehrsatz receives the honorary award, which is endowed with 2,000 francs, for her great social and cultural commitment to the 60 plus excursion group, according to a statement from the municipality on Sunday evening.
She was the organizer of the popular excursions for senior citizens. With her initiative, Messerli connects the senior citizens in Kehrsatz with each other and helps to create a sense of togetherness.
The Chäsitzer Prize will be presented at the Kehrsatz community evening on August 16.
