Violence Man attacked and beaten ready for hospital in Reinach BL

A 42-year-old man was attacked and injured by several strangers in Reinach BL on Saturday evening. He had to be taken to hospital by the ambulance service.

An uninvolved third party reported the attack to the police shortly before 10.30 p.m., as the Basel cantonal police announced on Sunday. When the emergency services arrived, the unknown perpetrators had already fled in an unknown direction. According to the victim, the perpetrators were a group of young men aged between 16 and 20.
