Accident Man falls down a slope while cycling near Vättis SG

A 64-year-old man left a road on his bicycle near Vättis SG on Thursday and fell over 30 meters down a slope. According to the police, the man suffered undetermined injuries. He was flown to hospital by helicopter.

The 64-year-old was initially treated by the rescue service, as the St. Gallen cantonal police wrote in a statement on Friday. The fire department assisted with the rescue in the rough terrain.
