A motorcyclist left the road on a bend in Strengelbach AG on Tuesday evening and crashed down a slope. He was flown to hospital by helicopter with serious injuries, according to the Aargau cantonal police on Wednesday.
The 42-year-old was driving on Langenthalerstrasse in the direction of the village center shortly before 10 p.m. when he lost control of his vehicle for unknown reasons. An attentive passer-by immediately alerted the police and the emergency services.
The ambulance crew then requested a rescue helicopter. The motorcyclist is seriously injured but out of danger, according to the police.
