A 38-year-old motorcyclist overshot the middle of the road on a right-hand bend in Disentis/Mustér GR on Thursday and crashed head-on into an oncoming car. He was taken to hospital in Ilanz with injuries to his arm.

The accident occurred shortly after 1 p.m. on the Lukmanierstrasse, as reported by the Graubünden cantonal police on Friday. The 38-year-old was driving uphill towards the Lukmanier Pass when he collided with the car of an 85-year-old man in the Caschlatsch area. Both vehicles were so damaged in the accident that they had to be taken away.
