A 27-year-old van driver lost control of his vehicle in Hohenrain on Monday morning and collided with several cornering barriers. He sustained minor injuries.

The van, however, suffered a total loss, as the Lucerne public prosecutor's office announced on Monday. The total damage amounts to around 25,000 Swiss francs.
