Traffic accident Five-year-old hit by van in Thundorf TG

A five-year-old boy was hit by a van in Thundorf TG on Friday evening and suffered minor to moderate injuries. An ambulance took the young pedestrian to hospital, as reported by the Thurgau cantonal police on Saturday.

A 65-year-old driver was at the wheel of the van. He was driving towards Thundorf at around 9.50 p.m. when he hit the boy on a bend. The Thurgau cantonal police are investigating the circumstances of the accident, they added.
