Salah scores the winning goal Liverpool beat Wolverhampton and take over at the top of the table

Liverpool FC are the new leaders of the English Premier League after another slip-up by champions Manchester City.

The Reds recorded a 2:1 win at Wolverhampton Wanderers on matchday six and are now one point ahead of the defending champions. Former Leipzig player Ibrahima Konaté (45.+2 minutes) and Mohamed Salah (61st) scored from the penalty spot to secure Liverpool's fifth win of the season.
