Backlog turned around Lugano outdances GC in the 2nd half and secures opening win

FC Lugano start the new season with a win. The Ticino side came back from a goal down against GC to win 2:1 thanks to a strong second half.

Runners-up Lugano show morale in their opening game against GC and come back from 1-0 down. Uran Bislimi scored for Lugano in the 91st minute to make it 2-1, before Kacper Przybylko scored his first goal for the Ticino side after just over an hour and only a few minutes after coming on as a substitute.

The Grasshoppers made it 1:0 in the 25th minute when Giotto Morandi scored from the penalty spot. It is the first goal of the new Super League season. However, the Hoppers do not manage to take any points from Ticino.
