German TV star Kai Pflaume (57) experienced an unpleasant incident on Tuesday during filming in Berlin-Charlottenburg. As reported by "bild.de", the presenter's car was broken into while he was standing in front of the camera - together with rapper Ski Aggu (26), among others.
The perpetrators smashed the windows of the vehicle and stole several bags and personal belongings. The working day, which had started so routinely, ended with a moment of shock for Pflaume.
According to the police, the theft took place on Yorckstrasse in Berlin. Pictures show Kai Pflaume with a serious expression talking to the officers on site. His cell phone was also among the stolen items, but it was later located a few meters away in Giesebrechtstrasse.
Eyewitnesses reported that the presenter himself searched the streets for his personal belongings in the hope that the thieves had thrown some of them away. In fact, he is even said to have recovered some of his belongings.
It remains unclear whether Pflaume, who only ended up in the emergency room in April after an accident, was a deliberate victim of the thieves or whether it was a coincidence. The 57-year-old has not yet commented publicly on the incident.
