One day before his 18th birthday, Paul Seixas becomes Junior World Time Trial Champion. The Frenchman wins the 24.9 km race through Zurich thanks to a strong final section.
The Belgians Jasper Schoofs (6.31 seconds back) and Matisse Van Kerckhove (7.13) followed in second and third place. Nicolas Bialon from Neuchâtel, the only Swiss in the field, lost just over two minutes and finished in 29th place.
