La star della tv è impegnata nella nuova campagna anti-odio Stop Hate For Profit.

Kim Kardashian ha deciso di congelare i suoi account di Facebook e Instagram per lanciare un messaggio anti-odio. I due profili saranno bloccati per un giorno intero, ma prima che ciò avvenga, la 39enne moglie di Kanye West invita i fan ad unirsi all’iniziativa, chiamata Stop Hate For Profit, e a seguire lei ed altre celebrity a fare lo stesso.

«Adoro potermi connettere direttamente con voi attraverso Instagram e Facebook, ma non posso restarmene zitta e con le mani in mano mentre queste piattaforme continuano a diffondere odio, propaganda e disinformazione, creati da gruppi che cercano di dividere e separare l’America», ha scritto la diva di Al passo con i Kardashian in un post su Instagram.

Il lungo testo continua: «La disinformazione condivisa sul social ha un serio impatto sulle nostre elezioni e mette a repentaglio la nostra democrazia. Per favore unitevi a me domani, quando congelerò il mio Instagram e il mio Facebook per dire a Facebook di “smettere di odiare per profitto”».

Si sono già uniti a lei Sacha Baron Cohen, Katy Perry, Jennifer Lawrence, Judd Apatow, Ashton Kutcher, Amy Schumer, Sarah Silverman, Jamie Foxx, Leonardo DiCaprio, e Michael B. Jordan.
